At the conference it was mentioned that the Department was negotiating
with the Commonwealth Bank to waiver the Fees for new schools who want
to use Commbiz.

Does anyone know anymore about it?  When this is likely to happen?

We are interested in using Commbiz but will wait if this is going to be
the case.
