[Busmanagers] Student Photo Downloads

Hi Jody

I have just returned from the ABMVSS conference and have read your
email.  We have had the same problem and I had to do them individually
(55 preps)  The only anomaly I could find was that the Photographers
listed the classes a Prep? and CASES uses 0?

Just thought I would let you know you were not the only one.

Thanks Leonie. Yes, the Help Desk checked the student IDs and they were
OK. Never mind - I guess I'll just have to insert them individually.

A suggestion Jody.

The Help Desk probably already looked at this, but the student's photo
files have to be named by the exact student IDs or else they won't load.
Sometimes the photographers will name them by their names if they
haven't got their IDs.

I have recently downloaded students photos to CASES21 as I have done for
several years now, but this year the Preps won't download by home group
or year level. I know the files are there because I have viewed them
individually - they just won't download as groups. I can download them
one by one but we have 60 preps and I'd really rather not! The Help Desk
had a look remotely but couldn't fix it. Any suggestions???
