Hi Chris

 

Statements of Service – I know the department do these and are obtained by ticking the relevant box on the Completion of Service form.   I was speaking with Tom Ward earlier today and he was of the opinion that when a statement was requested a copy was sent to both the person concerned and a copy for the school personnel file.  I have never once received a Statement for a file only a Direct Payment Advice for PILF.

 

I have a staff member that left last year and isn’t sure where hers is.  So is it easier to just request another one or in the future (if you put into process) be able to access a copy from their file.
