AN SOS CALL AGAIN FOR HOST SCHOOLS!
 
The Training Program will be underway in about 2 weeks time and I am again c=
alling for EMR schools assistance in offering their school as a Host School.=
  I have had 27 offers, however, with the possibility of a second training p=
rogram being run as well, I will require twice the number of Host Schools at=
 hand.  Many schools have been emailed directly but if you haven't received=
 this and would like to participate in the program in this manner, please em=
ail me immediately.
 
Following is an excerpt from the Host School request letter which might pers=
uade you to consider hosting a candidate at your school;
 

"As 'hands on' experience for these candidates is absolutely essential to th=
eir training, I am seeking your school  to be a Host School.  This will allo=
w the candidates to put to use their newly acquired CASES21 skills and also=
 allow them the opportunity to gain firsthand school office experience which=
 will better prepare them as a relief SSO.  

 

The added bonus to your school office will be:

=B7          the assistance of another person at no extra cost and 

=B7          the opportunity for your school to 'try out' potential relief p=
ersons should your school be anticipating a permanent member of staff going=
 on leave."
