Get the parents to collect it. They are entitled under the Freedom of
Information laws to any of their children's records. If they are local -
it should not be too good an ask.

Thanks for that but this is just from the local Catholic school. I do
have the forms from interstate. They are reluctant to send us his file
at this time.

Hi,

 

Does anyone know where or what the document is called to have a students
file, both academic and personal records, who transfer from a non
government school to a government school.

We are seeking the file of a young student who is transferring from a
catholic school and they won't hand over any documents without the
correct consent form from the parents.

Please can anyone help me.
