[Busmanagers] Transfer of documents

Hi,

 

Does anyone know where or what the document is called to have a students
file, both academic and personal records, who transfer from a non
government school to a government school.

We are seeking the file of a young student who is transferring from a
catholic school and they won't hand over any documents without the
correct consent form from the parents.

Please can anyone help me.
