Hi Noeleen,

 

The time fraction on the report (0.6138) is the actual T/F she would be
paid during the period of leave ie a little less than her current
regular T/F.

If I remember correctly from when I asked the Helpdesk the same
question, HRMS works out the half-pay component automatically during the
pay process.

Afternoon everyone,

 

One of my SSOs is taking LSL and her approved application details
indicate part of it will be on full pay, part on full pay prop rate
0.6138 and part half pay prop rate 0.6138. She has worked at varying
time fractions over the years and is currently 0.8. Does full pay mean
0.8 or 1.0 as the message attached states there is insufficient full
time service to grant at full time rate. She's asked me to calculate how
much she is going to be paid whilst on leave.
