[Busmanagers] Purchasing Card Policy

Hi Brigid,

 

Isn't this a pain - I have had to get about 20 individual cards for the
staff that use them at the College and keep them in a special folder in
my filing cabinet as they wouldn't issue one card in the College name.
Just something to be aware of.  The Company that issues the cards
(Retail Decisions) charges for late payment of accounts (after 14 days)
and because of the holidays we have often not been able to pay in time.
I have to ring them up and they do credit the charges back on the next
account but it is a nuisance having to ring them to get a refund.  

 

By the way, we haven't got a special Policy - don't know if we should
have.

Our Bilo/Coles account has gone to a purchasing card, is a Policy
required, if so does anyone have one they wouldn't mind me adapting.
