[Busmanagers] Casual Rates for Instructors

[MYERSCOUGH, Joy]

I could be wrong Bev but I was under the impression there was no longer casual rates for instructors (same arrangements for teaching staff) – HRM On line 23-04.  From Aug 2004 all hires and rehires are at the non loaded rate of pay.
