I am pretty sure you can just shred temporary files or we get a security
bin from Ezy-way - 9887 0731, which is really easy as you don't even
have to take out staples, clips, etc, just chuck it all in.  The person
who could clarify is Graeme Tucker, Archivist and Records Manager, but
unfortunately I don't have his telephone number.  He spoke at the last
Business Managers' Meeting so if anybody kept his number could they
please advise.

We are having a clean up!

In relation to document destruction do you need to fill out any
paperwork prior to destroying/shredding temporary files?  I have been
reading the documents but need a bit of clarification on this.
