We also use Unlimited Water - our unit provides cold and room
temperature water.  We paid $647 GST inclusive this year which covers
maintenance/service for the year.  We have had it for about 5 years now
and had no problems.

We have a contract with Unlimited Water which is system connected to our
water tap which provide cold water and we pay about $450 a year for one
unit.
