[Busmanagers] CO-OPERATIVE LOAN

Good afternoon I need to investigate the prospects of a co-operative
loan does anyone have a contact I could check with regarding the
regulations on a 

Co-operative loan and how many share holders you need to progress with a
loan. Have already contacted Jeff Crosbie at eastern region and his
contacts are five years old and the numbers have been disconnected. Any
assistance would be appreciated.
