[Busmanagers] Receipt Report

Can anyone tell me if there is a report which will actually state who
has paid cash when it is a general ledger receipt.
 
We had a large function at school last week, with lots of visiting
schools.  Those who paid by cheque are not a problem, but we had a
couple who paid with cash and even though I typed in the name of the
school which paid (and it appeared on the actual receipt) the names do
not seem to appear on any of the receipt reports or sub program reports
that I have looked at.
 
If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it.
