Yes I believe it is a scam. Contact Tricia Keane at Oberon HS, she can
give you the full story. She circulated info around our network, I did
not pay attention as we don't have one.

A few weeks ago someone put a message up regarding a phone call they
received saying that franking machines are being phased out. 

We have received a phone call earlier today from GBC and they have told
us the same thing and that Australia Post will no longer receive our
mail. I believe this is a scam.

 

Could someone else that also had the same experience please confirm what
the outcome was, I seem to recall that this was not true.
