Thank you for your replies; it is 'good' to hear that we are not alone.
Shall certainly take everyone's suggestions on board and have a further
chat to our IT Department.

Thankyou again

Hello

We have occasionally had a freeze, but rather than shutting down the
whole computer, you can press Control Alt Delete and in task manager
just shut down the Cases 21, this would save a lot of time.

Subject: [Busmanagers] Accounts Receivable

Good afternoon

Our Accounts Receivable person has been having problems with her
computer 'freezing' when processing receipts through Families.

We have been experiencing problems since moving across to CASES21
Finance particularly late last year, when my Accounts Receivable person
is either trying to allocate a charge or at the printing stage of a
receipt her machines freezes which involves her having to shut the
machine down, which is a time consuming process.

We have tried different ways of trying to get this resolved such as
using another machine, have everyone out of CASES21, we have also, of
course, reported it to the Help Desk.

My main reason for asking in this email group is to see if anyone else
has had this experience or are we alone in this problem?

Regards
