[Busmanagers] Archiving

We got a carpenter to come in and build shelving from floor to ceiling
all along one wall of our Records Room.  We can fit 2 of the brown
archive boxes on top of each other x 5 wide in each section and have
enough space to last us for the next 10 years.  It looks terrific and so
easy to manage.  We put a destruction date on relevant boxes so know
that when the time comes we can turf out the contents and re-use the
boxes.  If anyone wants to come and have a look they are very welcome.
Of course, you will need to have the space to do this - we were lucky.

We went with Smart Box but did it ourselves with an excel spreadsheet to
save costs.  No problems

Morining all


We are looking at redoing our archiving system and have had a quote from
Smart Box.  Due to the large cost our School Council would like another
quote.  Can anyone recomend another company?
