[Busmanagers] Extra Tax Local Payroll

Sorry if this question has been asked before - I have a person on local
payroll   who wants to pay 30% tax.  I looked in the guide and it says
to ring the hotline or whatever.....does anyone know how to do the extra
tax or do I have to log a call and play the waiting game?
