Hi Alison,

The reason Smart Box is so expensive is because they do it all for you.
If you are prepared to do it yourself and just need the boxes and files,
then Tidy Files is a good company to deal with.  They will come out and
help you work out what you need and how best to organise it.  Be aware
though, with Tidy Files you also have to set up your own data base
system to be able to locate the files.  We are just using an Excel
spreadsheet.

We are looking at redoing our archiving system and have had a quote from
Smart Box.  Due to the large cost our School Council would like another
quote.  Can anyone recomend another company?
