[Busmanagers] Supermarket Orders

We use Coles regularly and are going over to the card system.  Only
problem is that you have to provide a card to each individual person as
they won't issue a card for the College as a whole.  They were due to
start the new system last week but we are still awaiting the cards and
they are happily accepting order forms at the moment.

Does anyone use a supermarket that accepts school orders?

 

Also, is anyone using the card system at Coles.

 

We were using BiLo which has been taken over by Coles and they want us
to use a card system but they wont provide copy invoices if the staff
lose the original.
