Dear Sally,
We use quicklists in CASES21 to create the data base (using the criteria
of =3D 'E' in Preferred Contact Method and =3D '1' Eldest Child only)
We then use Distribution Lists (Tools/Address Book/Contacts) in Outlook
to send the newsletter via the School's email address - there is a Dist
List for each grade level as there is a maximum number of contacts you
can have in each list
If I have totally confused you please call me.
Regards,
Trudie Hooper

Subject: [Busmanagers] Emails to parents
Hi there,
I would be very interested to hear from any schools who are successfully
emailing their newsletter to parents.
If so, did you use SQL to create the data base? I would like to set up
a data base and am trying to work out the easiest way possible!!
