[Busmanagers] emailing of invoices

Hello

Many companies are now requesting that they email invoices instead of
posting them. I can see the benefits in the saving of postage and of
people in the office actually receiving invoices, time saved in chasing
up invoices etc.

I was just wondering if other schools accept receiving their invoices
this way as we don't actually have an original copy to pay on.

Would be interested in other people's thoughts
