Here is advice from Conduct & Ethics Branch re Working with Children
Card.

 

If this person has a working with children check then they do not need
to get a DoE criminal record check.  For this year we are accepting
either check but as from 1 January 2008 all non-teaching staff and some
volunteers will need a WWC check.
