[Busmanagers] Window tinting

Hi Bev 

 

Excuse my ignorance but is Albinos referring to an Albino person?    The reason I ask is that we have had our windows tinted and some replaced but thru the Department’s Glass Rectification Program and was wondering if this type of tinting would help with your query.
