[Busmanagers] storage of permission slips for excursions

Camp & excursion forms must be kept for 7 years unless an accident
occurs, then they must be kept for 20 years.

                        I was wondering how long we are supposed to keep
the excursion permission slips for? Is it indefinitely or 7 years please
