If you are interested in getting someone who is not trained but could be
quite good, contact WISE employment they offer a wage subsidy sceme to
employ people tring to get back in the work force.  Often they are
parents who's children are now at school so schools are very attractive.
We have just employed 2 classroom assistants through them.

year, both are .8 positions.
