Sue,

May be a bit too far away but we have used SVS Management Services of
Yarra Glen ph 97301708  They have done our Co-Op for the last few years.
Admittedly there is not much to it but this year charged $75.00.  They
have a couple of people who only work a couple of days a week on
contract basis.

the audit for Investing in Schools money?  Preferably one who doesn't
charge an arm and a leg.
