Be careful with the Monthly Payroll Categories Report.  I found it gave
the wrong names to some of our employees.  Eg  Employee1 received 2
different pages... the first page was correct for Employee 1, but the
second page should have been for Employee2. The error occurred in this
report randomly for 3 employees throughout the print run.  (hope that
makes sense) 

 

 I ended up using the Employee Transaction History report (PE21110S),
and adding up the 'units' column for each employee.  I ended up with
correct hours for the correct employee this way.

Hi everyone

Was just wondering which report(s) you are using to get the number of
hours.  Had a look at a few and Monthly Payroll Categories gives total
hours for each employee so it looks good for the purpose.  What are
people using for the previous year which for us was partly on the old
system.  I could always resort to a manual check.
