*	Where the period of leave without pay sought is for less than a
whole term, the period granted should include the vacation period
following the period of leave except where:
	- the member of the Teaching Service has been on duty for at
least four weeks during the term, or
	- the member of the Teaching Service is on duty immediately
after the vacation. 

My understanding is she is entitled to the holiday pay so I would make
the return date 24th September.

I am about to enter LWOP for a teacher - two weeks prior to the third
term vacation, she will resume after the holidays.  Will she receive
holiday pay and do I enter the return date as 22nd September or 8th
October, 2007?
