[Busmanagers] Term Dates 2008

Hi all
 
Has anyone else read the latest CASES21 Bulletin and noticed the term
dates for 2008.
 
It says that 30th and 31st January are deemed student free days by DoE.
Its a bit strange having 2 days.  I was told previously that 31st
January was the start date for new enrolments.
 
Does anyone know why next year is different?
