Hi everyone,
I was having trouble with my kyocera printer. Have waited 10 days for the se=
rvice man to come and fix it.  He tells me that if you don't use authenic ky=
ocera toner in the printer it will stuff up the developer unit, which it has=
 done. So I have had pages coming out a nice grey colour with lots of black=
 blobs of toner all over them.  So if people ring you and offer you cheaper=
 toners for this printer I would recommend that you don't buy them because y=
ou wait a long time before anyone can come and fix the problem.  He assures=
 me that a memo came out from the department that we had to use the authenti=
c toners but I must admit I missed that one. An expensive lesson I'm glad I=
 only order one non-authentic toner which I have now thrown in the bin.
