Hi Sue,

 

Unfortunately you cannot take it off the statement, just correct it to
look right. As you do not want to touch your coding in any way, I would
do a family payment with an explanation to suit and when you get to the
line of print cheque, say no. Then you can go into allocate receipts,
payments and journals and mark them off against each other. This should
also fix your bank rec and mark this batch off against the reversal. I
haven't done one but think this is the way to go, perhaps call the help
desk?
