[Busmanagers] Investing in Our Schools Grant

I would put in a Revenue Budget for the amount received and also an
Expenditure Budget for what you intend to spend it on.  You should be
able to get the details from the submission that was put in as we had to
set out precisely what we planned to do with it.  This way you will be
able to keep a check on how the spending is going as it is supposed to
be spent exactly as submitted.
