Hi Sue,

 

You need to give the original family a credit note for the fees and then
invoice the new family, ridiculous isn't it but that's what we have to
do.

Good morning can someone give me an answer on the following

 

We have 2 international students whose fees are on the statement for the
host family who has 1 child at the school.  Both international students
are going to a new host family.  What is the process re transferring
fees for the international students
