Hi Everyone,

 

Unfortunately I was unable to scan successfully the instructions with pictures of screens involved, sent by Commbiz so I have typed the instructions they had against the screens.  I hope they are reasonably clear but ring me if clarification is required.  I am by no means an expert but I have had success since I followed these instructions.

 

If you are already on Quickline there is nothing extra to do however  bank details will have to be entered in Cases F21 if you are new to Direct Debit Banking.  I was told originally by Commbiz that I would have to enter the recipients details again in commbiz but not so, as you import the file with all details.
