[Busmanagers] Exporting Data using Work Sheets

Good Afternoon EMR Business Managers,

 

I have been asked to send this on behalf of my colleague in the Office:-

 

On behalf of myself Gill Lee, and Lilydale Heights College I have a
question re exporting data using Work Sheets.

 

I wish to export:

 

STKEY

SURNAME

PREF_NAME

HOME_GROUP

 

for the YOUNGEST/OLDEST STUDENTS IN A FAMILY ONLY????????????

 

Can anyone help please? 

I have exported using the DFKEY and deleted the data I did not need
however a little time consuming overall.

Which Table has this data reference? 

What is it called? 

Can anyone copy and send me their Work Sheet Stored SQL Statement that
works?
