[Busmanagers] Reset Printer

Hi Brigid,

 

In Windows go in to Settings, then Printers, right click the printer you
want as the default and choose "Set as Default Printer". Go back in to
C21 and it should now default to the chosen printer. You might need to
do this on all Workstations?

Hi Everyone,

 

For some unknown reason our Cases computers are now defaulting to a
totally different printer outside of the Admin area; I have logged a
call but thought maybe this would be quicker than waiting?

 

Does anyone know the path to reset your default printer for Cases 21?
