Have you processed any templates this year using 'Families' or
'Students'? I have logged a call with the Help desk - as neither of
those selections have worked correctly. 'Class' is fine.

If it is to put charges on against families, you can set up a Billing
Template and select Family.  The charge then goes against the eldest (I
think) child in the Family.

Hi to everyone for 2007,

Can anyone tell me if there is a way of C21 picking out the eldest or
youngest child in a family or is it a matter of going through the
students and putting them in such a group to begin with.
