[Busmanagers] New Sub Programs

Hi everyone
 
I have now successfully rolled over finance.  I am updating my
subprograms.  The subprograms that used to come under Program 470 -
Technology - have disappeared and according to the EOY process guide
they are replaced by 130.  However, when I try to make use of the school
defined codes I get an error messaging stating Program 130 is not
active, you cannot make this sub program active.
 
Does anyone know when we can use these codes - or give me a hint as to
which other program area I should enter my school defined codes?  I use
them for various ICT reasons - computer expenditure, grant money,
internet expenses, etc.
