[Busmanagers] Staff access to C21

This is a cut and past from the Help menu in C21 hope it helps.

To edit a user
*      Click the user Tab in the left pane of the password window.

*      Click the Edit User button on the toolbar, double click the user
you want to edit or select Edit from the User menu. The details for the
user will now be editable.

*      Edit any information for this user. Click the tabs to access all
pages.

*      Click Save to save the changes you have made.
