Hi and I hope that someone is out there!

Could anybody tell me what they intend to do regarding Investment in
Schools money and balance day adjustments.  We got ours in 2006 and haven't
spent any of it as yet.  My feeling is that I journal it as revenue in
advance and move it over to 2007 but not sure
