Hi Julie

 

If the teacher is running this on behalf of the school then I think you
can collect the receipts. 

 

If the teacher is running this as their business then I would think it
is their problem to receipt the funds and pay you for hire of the
facility.  If you wish to discuss this further please call me.

Just need a little advice. A teacher is going to run computer classes at
night at the school. They have an ABN. They would like those people
coming to the classes to make payment to the school so they have the
choice of credit card payments etc. Can they do it this way and what
would be the correct way to receipt it and then pay the teacher their
money. Do I made it a straight in and out and have the teacher pay us
for the hire of the facilities or how do I receipt all payments and then
pay the teacher their money.

Very confused on what is the correct and easiest way for the school.
