[Busmanagers] One Off payment

He can supply a Statement by a Supplier Form.  They came out with all
the original stuff in 2000.  If is probably available from Newsagents,
Postoffices or from the ATO website.  He can say he is exempt as it is
for a hobby etc.

Can someone please help - I need to make a one off payment to a student
who did some work on our web page. It is a flat amount. How can I pay
him without setting him up on local payroll. I can't reimburse him as
there is no receipt and he is not a business with an ABN. Can he give me
an invoice with no GST for the amount?
