We have an NEC telephone system with voicemail for all staff.  We have
had it for 4 years, and it's fantastic.  Jane Date from Telephone
Technologies did all the work.  We had only about 30 seconds without
phones, and they conducted PD for all staff in small groups.  It was a
seemless transition.

They understand how teachers work and worked with them well.
