Do you mean the 30th March? If so, you need to count back 6 weeks from
the due date and she will have to start then irrespective of when the
school holidays are,

If a member of the teaching staff wishes to take Maternity Leave
commencing 30th April 2007 does the MatLeave commence on the first day
of the holiday break or on the first day of the following term?
