Hi Jonelle 

   We have an agreement with CBFC. It was easy for me last year as we
had the CASES 21 Receipts/Payment report for audit but not so this year.
I would give them the financial commitment summary plus operating
statements. It is okay to give them the information as most of it
becomes public knowledge anyway now with our Annual reports etc.

Hi

 

We are entering into a new computer lease with CBFC and they have
requested 2 copies of our end of year income/expenditure reports,
including all cash payments and receipts for all bank accounts as well
as the uncommitted balances for the 2006 year.  We are a network banker
school as well as a special deaf setting and hold significant funds for
these programs.

 

Maybe I am being a little paranoid but is this unusual?  I am interested
as to whether or not I should be providing that sort of information?
