Hi Bev,

If you go to "Families" then "Process Past Student Finances", you can do
a credit note for the student who has left.

Hi All,

 

Could I please have some advice regarding delating an unallocated family
invoice.  Money was collected and banked for Camp deposit in December
but the student has now left and been repaid the deposit.  How can I now
get rid of the unallocated invoice as the family details are no longer
on the system?
