Hi Debbie,
At present our money goes through the teachers cash book, except for the
eftpos transactions which we handle at the office, occasionally we will
have a parent come to the office to pay cash, we usually do a receipt
there and then, as we had one parent a few years ago question the
integrity of a person in the office, even though proof was at hand that
the parent had not paid and the person in question was not in the office
that day. To me it's a double check and makes it accountable if the
money makes it to the teacher and then the office.
Regards

Subject: [Busmanagers] Cash books
Hello
At present we ask that all money goes through the teachers cash book
before coming up to the office. I was wondering if other school offices
take the responsibility and just have all money given in at the office.
Does this work without problems ?
