[Busmanagers] Canteen

We have had the same approach by our Canteen.  It was decided at Finance
that a reduction in the Canteen lease commencing in Term 1 to be
commensurate with his turnover until we reach 25%.  Work that out if you
can!!!!  How do you know exactly what the turnover is???

they pay us, as a result of the "healthy canteen" policy.  Have any
other schools had such requests and what have they done about it.
