[Busmanagers] re Optus

Optus has the whole of government contract for landline and Telstra has
the whole of government contract for mobiles.  We can't deal with them
separately. Anyway they usually can't do it as cheap -if its like my
calls from Optus India they didn't even know what a "state government
school" was.

Has anyone been approached by Optus re deals on cheap phone calls?  I am
not sure whether we are allowed to make any deals with Optus.
