[Busmanagers] Budgeting

Hi All

Would like some input.  We have a Councillor who wants all budgets entered 
in monthly.  I don't agree and the Process Guide does not recommend it 
because the reports are hard to read.  I certainly don't want it but it is 
causing a bit of angst.  Has anyone done this and could I have an opinion 
please.
